The radio itself is in PERFECT Condition! Comes COMPLETE with power cable and ear plug, instruction booklet is included. Good luck finding another one of these that have never been used! This AIKO ATPR-406U Is NEW in its Original Box with Original Packaging. This does not take away from the volume at all! This radio functions as it should, and you can hear everything perfectly fine after you pick your volume level. I unpacked it just to test it and get pictures for this sale.
