Powers on but makes a humming sound. I’m no expert but I believe the mechanism inside the tape deck is stuck in the active position, as I could barely get a cassette inside. Once I did get the cassette in, the play, fast forward and rewind function did activate. The play function is spinning extremely fast like fast forward and sound output is sounding like the chipmunks. During testing the play, fast forward and rewind buttons partially sinked into the unit but still functioned. The door open button also sinked into the unit and fell inside, so that will need to be fixed to get the deck door opened, I wiped some of the dust off between all of the buttons but it could really use a good detailed cleaning, comes exactly as shown, see pictures.
