It has been tested and does play tapes, has fast forward & reverse. The meter and counter does work. The recording feature has NOT been tested. Unit is in very good condition with a small ding in the top. Does not have any of its accessories. Requires 3 “C” batteries that are not included. Some of our items have security seals applied.
