It’s in really good condition for its age. It has some scratches and dings from normal use. It has one knob missing on the tone adjustment and has been replaced by a Monopoly house. You don’t really notice it. The antenna is in good condition and the battery area is clean. It includes a power cord. This stereo puts out some fantastic sound and I know you will love it. The RX-5100 was a very popular early 80’s boombox from Panasonic. It was featured on the cover of Rodney Dangerfield’s 1983 album “Rappin’ Rodney”. In addition to its cassette deck and radio tuner, it also has Line Inputs that you can connect to your external music source. And there’s a nice LED meter above the tape deck. It has 4 speakers (12 cm woofers and 3 cm tweeters). The English service manual claims it makes 2 x 5 watts. Frequency response is 50 to 13,000 Hz when using Chrome tape. It takes 8 D-cell batteries.
