VINTAGE SANYO CASSETTE TAPE PLAYER / RECORDER. This item is a very rare vintage Sanyo cassette player/recorder and radio from 1987 in great condition and full working order. Argos catalogue description – 1987. Sanyo MW703F Sterio Radio/Cassette Recorder. Medium and stereo VHF waveband coverage. Twin cassette decks with continuous play and high speed dubbing. Built-in microphone (not tested). 2-way 4 speaker system. Output 2 x 2 watt (music power). Operates from 240v ac mains (included – see final photo) or 5 x LR20 batteries (not included). There are a couple of marks on the front which can be seen in the photos. These can be seen up close but are not too noticeable and certainly dont affect the aesthetics of the player. The previous owners had left batteries in the back for a while which had corroded slightly but this has been cleaned up as best as possible (see photos). Weights just under 3kg.
