JVC RC-M70JW Vintage Boombox (radio, cassette player, recorder)

This is a vintage JVC RC-M70JW boombox. Overall it’s in very nice condition. It’s been completely dismantled and cleaned from the inside out. All new cassette player belts have been installed. The radio’s dial lighting was converted from incandescent to a soft white LED which was also added to both VU meters. The LED lighting is lit by using the original momentary button. All four speakers are working and sound amazing. Both the radio and cassette player are working. The cassette’s recording function works as does the music search. The battery compartment looks like it had some acid in it at some point but everything has been cleaned and I verified that it works on 10 D batteries. It comes with a newer 6-1/2′ power cord which is in great condition. The line in jacks work. Both antennas easily extend and retract and are in great condition. The two woofer speaker grilles were painted. The front lower panel has some spotting which I show in the last picture. It has several scratches on the body which can also be seen in the pictures.
