Pioneer H-R99 8 track tape player. I have tested this both playing and recording. Playback through both the headphone jack and RCA outs. Recording was tested with the L/R Mic in. I did not have a recordable tape, so I had to use a regular tape and press Record before the tape was all the way in to bypass the record protect tab. The sound quality seems good. It is the best I have heard from an 8 track player. The unit measures about 12″ x 12″ by 5 tall. It shows some cosmetic wear to the top and the laminate sides and corners. It could probably use some contact and head cleaner but overall everything seems to function right. The RCA jacks in the back are loose to the. But they still work.
