Vintage Tape Player Nakamichi 600 2 Head Cassette Recorder Deck Console Black

This list8ng is for a Nakamichi 600 cassette deck. It has been listed for parts or repair. I needs some finishing. I did do quite a bitvof service on the unit. It has all brand new belts idler tires and a brand new pinch roller. I replaced one bulb, but it presents a bit brighter than the other. One of the screws that holds in the meters was stripped when I opened up the unit. I was planning g to drill it out and replace it. But I do not have an appropriate replacement. So I stopped there. All controls were cleaned with deoxit, including the play record switch on the main board. All gold contacts were cleaned and capture pins carefully tensioned to allow better contact. I did a basic cleaning as well. The player works well now. It plays fast forwards and rewinds. It records as well. I list is as a parts unit because of the light/holder and that it may need new caps down the road. It will not take much to finish this deck. Cosmetically the piece is fair to good. It has some scuffs and dings. Please check the pictures.
