The PHILIPS N 2400/18 is a vintage stereo cassette recorder from the 1970s. Made by Philips in the Netherlands “HOLLAND”, this unit is a collector’s item for vintage audio enthusiasts. It comes with a cable supplied and is a great addition to any retro audio setup. Doesn’t matter it is not fully operative but I will try fixing it? Thr price will be loads higher if is fixed & fully working beare that I mind? GREAT TO KNOW & watch video DECK open OK!! Unfortunately the mechanism is not turning around? The video is highly detailed & up close still since this is 1 of a kind stand alone system it has collectability value?? Could be also for parts? But it works half way! A great piece of history!! I cannot open deck of cassete!! The power button works fine! Yes it does come on lights when plugged in! What’s makes it ULTRA rare is that was made in NETHERLANDS?
