I know nothing about this type of equipment, but this is my evaluation. I was able to find a Neil Diamond cassette and it played great thru my Sony home amplifier. The speed control works to speed up and slow down the tape, and all of the sound adjustment. Knobs turn freely and have no static in them. I have no reason to believe that the other functions wouldn’t work as well. The front is in great cosmetic shape, and there are some scratches on the bottom. As seen in the pictures. Also included at no extra charge is my haunted Niel diamond 12 greatest hits cassette tape! That means nothing to them!
