Vintage Sony Walkman TCS-300 Stereo Cassette-Corder Tape Player (Please Read)

I was able to get this Walkman to play by pressing and holding down the input connector of the AC adaptor. The connection is loose on the inside of the Walkman, but if the connector is pressed down a certain way, the Walkman will play (see video and last picture). The battery casing is corroded, but the inside or housing is clean. It comes with the original leather case and the original Sony AC adaptor. Please review pictures and video for better details.
