Vintage NAD 6340 Monitor Series Cassette Tape Deck New Belts STILL NEEDS WORK

This NAD 6340 has all new belts. However, it still has a playback problem as shown in the video. Fast forward, rewind and pause all work fine. All of the lights and functions seem to work and the case is in very nice condition.
