Vintage Sony Walkman WM-W800 Double Cassette Player/Recorder, Works! This has been tested, both sides play and it records. I replaced both belts and it was an adventure. I was amazed that I was able to actually put it back together, the last step was to attach the second door and I was not able to get the two screws on the bottom of the door into the hinge. The only other issue I had is one of the screws on the inside of side A was stripped so I got a Dremel and cut a notch in the head so I could use a flathead. There are scratches where I touched the deck with the cutting wheel. It’s in great condition, very clean. Includes the instructions and the carrying strap. Non funzionante: è presente un po’ di ossido nel vano batterie, un contatto metallico della batteria manca. E’ stato testato con alimentatore, il motorino gira ma gli ingranaggi no, probabilmente le cinghie devono essere sostituite. Il microfono non è stato testato. Sony Walkman WM -W800. Great condition for age. Comes with Sony case but no head phones. Easily obtained from anywhere. Battery compartment is NOT corroded in any way, as shown in pictures for evidence. In the pictures the case looks wet in places. Thats because I cleaned the case but it wasnt fully dry when taking pictures so the light picked this up. You get exactly what you see in pictures. This item is untested and could be faulty and not work. Imight be an easy fix but im not sure. Dont know about electronics. Or could be used to fix another unit.
