The set is still in the box and the individual pieces were never removed from each piece’s original packaging until I opened them up to test each piece and show the photos. The main cassette player isn’t working as it will power on and show a power light with the battery pack but it won’t pull the tape to Play, REW, or FF and is most likely in need of a new belt kit. The battery pack also works great and the inside battery terminal connections are nice and clean and it uses 2’D’ size batteries. All of the pieces are in excellent condition with no scratches and they still look new and I show a number of photos. The set is missing the headphones and it doesn’t have a manual or any other paperwork. The original box does have some small tears and wear on it.

On this one, there are stickers with inscriptions on the packaging, there are inscriptions on the cassettes stickers and one the cassettes has no sticker (see 6th and 12th pictures). Also, note that the cassettes contain recordings but can be reused. The set includes 11 Sony Elcaset LC-90 SLH Type-I. SONY ELCASET LC-90 SLH TYPE-I. The Sony Elcaset was an audio cassette format introduced in 1976 that was designed to provide the high audio quality of open-reel tape recorders with the ease of use of compact cassettes. Very hard to find Westinghouse Micro Pack portable voice recorder from the early 60’s. Play rewind and record work. It has a 1/8th in mic input and a headphone out. From New England Estate Liquidation! Looks like it was hardly ever used! Sound thru headphones is fine. Control knobs work fine. Cassette player plays but it is a little slow maybe needs a belt etc. Considering it is 36 years old! The foam on the KOSS Headphones needs to be replaced. Deteriorated because of age see pic. The is new old stock.. I tested it with a prerecorded tape and it works fine. The meters both work but there no volume control on the unit. Only on my amp. Was not able to test out the recording part because I don’t have a blank tape. This nice like new.
