Vintage 60s 70s MCM Lanier Tape Recorder Dictaphone Microcassette P-90 Prop. Amazingly cool dictaphone microcassette recorder machine, serious mid century office vibes perfect for a prop or film production. Beautiful burnt orange case shows some cool patina and sun fading, comes with wired single in-ear headphone. This unit powers and lights up and some of the functions work without the tape inserted, please see the video below. This machine eats tapes, it briefly played the microcassette which came with it before destroying it. Lots of scuffs, scratches and plastic discoloration typical of age and use. Some surface cracks can be seen to the top of the case, this unit could use a good detailing and cleaning unless we are going for the grimy LA PI office vibe! Everything works great except tape review is slow or doesn’t move. Functions test good: radio, cassette, Aux input, tape counter, rod antenna, VU meter. Includes power adapter and 1 tape which has a recording of the FM radio I just made. Built in mic’s work good. Overall in very good condition, battery compartment clean.

Super nice vintage Sanyo (Model M5800) Executive Series. Microcassette Recorder with (3) matchbox size cassettes, earbud. Plug-in adaptor and black cover in original box. NO instruction manual included. Please note: This recorder looks hardly used. Test it with any cassettes, only plugged it in briefly and. Turned it on it hummed and a light came on. No idea if it works, but it should. I believe the original. Batteries are still in it, see pic. The digital counter is at 381 or something. The earbud and adapter appear to have the original. Rubber band and twist tie attached. Please ask any questions before purchasing, thank you. For many lovely children’s clothes, vintage girl’s dresses, collectibles and unusual pieces.

Unit has dents, dings, scratches. Case has some foam missing and yellowing. Some cuts and damage on case as shown. Please see all pictures. Unit has been plugged in. All buttons seems to function.
