Tape cassette player doesn’t work. The antenna tip is broken off but doesn’t effect the function of the radio. Speakers are amazingly loud and crisp. Both speaker detaches with mounting on the back to be allow the speakers to be mounted on the wall. Overall it’s great boom box. Message for any questions that you may have. Trying to organize my collection l will have some of them for sale this one has been cleaned in and out with new belts installed for the tape tested and its in good working condition and except cassette auto stop doesnt work one antenna is not original and the antenna holder to hold it is broken its been tested with power cord and batteries and works with both batteries not included only cord not original very nice classic boombox it does have some scratches here and there but it looks good for its age please look at the pictures as they are part of the description. AIWA TPR-950H Boombox vintage cassette/recorder stereo circa1978 – with manual – one owner. I used to record LP’s to cassettes. There is static in the volume knob when it is turned. The Sleep mode button doesn’t work but everything else works. Scratches on the back of case and a few dents on the top trim. One side of the left antenna plastic holding clip is broken off. Where the left antenna attaches to the case is bent, so inspect very carefully before determining which direction to turn the left antenne before extending it. Connect a turn table and record to a blank cassette. You can also connect external speakers. I have more pictures if interested.
