This is no doubt the best sounding cassette player I’ve used – great for recording or converting tracks to CD with computer interface. – I’ve de-oxited all the pots and switches and it works, but I’m pretty sure the belts have never been replaced. – It seems to be a little slow on rewind and fast forward – takes about 90 seconds to rewind a 60 minute tape. – It’s not an easy belt job either or I’d have done it already – 4 belts total.
